Do you sell fully stocked First Aid Kit?
Currently FirstCare only supplies Empty First Aid Bags and Cases and EMS supplies separately. If you wish to purchase fully stocked first aid kit we will be glad to introduce our customers and partners according to your region. Please email us for more information at sarahzhangbusiness@gmail.com
Do you sell directly to first aid responders?
At this moment FIRSTCARE ONLY sells to wholesalers. We have customers and partners in USA, Australia, China, UK and are currently developing world-wide distribution network. Please email us at sarahzhangbusiness@gmail.com，if you wish to purchase our products in your local region.
What is FirstCare's terms and conditions for warranty services?
We have one-year manufacturing warranty services for all of our products and we will promptly repair or replace any products with defects. The abnormal use of the products or conditions (such as riots, floods, misuse, neglect or improper service by anyone except FIRSTCARE) are excluded from this warranty. Are FirstCare’s products CE approved?
Yes, most of our products are CE approved with proper CE marking.
Some medical devices have a 510(k) number. What is this and do FirstCare devices have a 510(k) number?
A 510(k) number is a premarket notification number that is required for certain classes of medical devices in the US. Generally, devices that are higher risk require premarket notification to the FDA prior to bringing the devices to market. The 510(k) number is issued once a company has proven that a device is substantially equivalent in performance and safety to other devices already existing on the market. FIRSTCARE and our subcontractors manufactures a number of devices that require premarket notification.
Are FirstCare’s products FDA approved?
The FDA does not endorse specific medical devices or medical device manufacturers. FIRSTCARE is fully registered with the FDA and in compliance with all state and national regulations governing the manufacture and distribution of medical devices. Do you have any Material Safety Data Sheets for your products?
Material Safety Data Sheets are generally not required for most of our products and are not available in most cases. We do offer Material Safety Data Sheets upon request of customers.
What are FirstCare’s payment terms?
Our standard payment term is 30% deposit, balance 70% before shipment through bank to bank wire transfer(T/T). We have accounts in Hong Kong and Xiamen, China.
How long does a quotation take?
In most cases, we respond within a couple of days receiving an RFQ. If the quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Where are your products manufactured?
Most of our products are manufactured in China. FIRSTCARE owns two major manufacturing facilities in Xiamen, China producing First Aid Bags and Airway Management products such as Resuscitators, CPR Masks, Berman Airway, etc. We also partner with leading ISO approved subcontractors to produce items incorporating with our mission to equip first aid responders all over the world.
